1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, depending on the product.

  • Items must be in their original box and packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Cash refunds are not offered. Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, which may be used toward future purchases.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Electrical parts.

  • Custom-made products.

  • Clearance or sale items.

3. Return Process

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

4. Warranty

  • Warranty coverage depends on the type of product. Each item may have a specific warranty period, provided either by the manufacturer or by our store.

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not apply to damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be made instead of store credit, subject to product availability.
